Beef
We offer Quarters, Halves and Wholes

Quarters - $9.00 per pound Amounts will
be calculated on actual packaged weight of roughly 100 pounds costing approximately $900.00. The quarter will contain a mix of the premium cuts from the entire beef. It will include Tenderloins, New York’s, Rib Eye Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks, Skirt Steaks, Flap Steaks, Flat Iron Steaks, Chuck Roast, Coulotte, Stew Meat, Osso Bucco, Meaty Short Ribs, Brisket, and Ground Beef. Organ meats and bones are available, but only upon request.
Halves - $9.00 per pound Amounts will be
calculated on actual packaged weight of
roughly 200 pounds costing approximately
$1800.00. The half will contain premium
cuts from the entire side of beef. It will
include Tenderloins, New York’s, Rib Eye
Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks, Skirt Steaks, Flap Steaks, Flat Iron Steaks, Flank Steaks, Rump Roast, Chuck Roast, Tri Tip, Coulotte, Stew Meat, Osso Bucco, Meaty Short Ribs, Brisket, and Ground Beef. Organ meats and bones are available, but only upon request.
Wholes - $9.00 per pound Amounts will
be calculated on actual packaged weight of roughly 400 pounds costing approximately $3600.00. The whole will contain premium cuts from the entire beef. It will include Tenderloins, New York’s, Rib Eye Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks, Skirt Steaks, Blade Steaks, Flat Iron Steaks, Flank Steaks, Rump Roast, Chuck Roast, Tri Tip, Coulotte, Stew Meat, Osso Bucco, Meaty Short Ribs, Brisket, and Ground Beef. Organ meats and bones are available, but only upon request.
Our Tenderloins are cut approximately 2
inches thick. All other steaks will be cut 1 to 1 ¼ inch thick. Roasts are typically 2 to 4
pounds each. Our Ground Beef is 80 percent lean and packaged in 1-pound packages.
Pork
We offer Halves and Wholes

Halves - $7.00 per pound Amounts will be calculated on actual packaged weight of
roughly 70 pounds costing approximately $490.00. The half will contain premium cuts
from the entire side of pork.
Wholes - $7.00 per pound Amounts will be calculated on actual packaged weight of
roughly 140 pounds costing approximately $980.00. The whole will contain premium
cuts from the entire hog.
Products provided in halves and wholes will include chops, sausage, bacon, ground pork,
pork kabobs, shoulder roasts, spareribs and leg roasts or hams.
Goat
We offer Halves and Wholes

Halves - $16.00 per pound Amounts will be calculated on actual packaged weight of roughly 18 pounds costing approximately $288.00. The half will contain premium cuts from the entire side of goat.
Wholes - $16.00 per pound Amounts will be calculated on actual packaged weight of roughly 36 pounds costing approximately $576.00. The whole will contain premium cuts from the entire goat.
All of our animals are processed at a local USDA inspected plant. Cuts will be vacuum packed.
All products will be frozen.
These prices do not include delivery or freight charges. However, we do offer free delivery throughout the Treasure Valley.
Custom Packages - 25 pounds or more of Beef and Pork muscle cuts will receive a 10 percent discount if purchased with cash or check. An 8 percent discount will apply if purchased with a credit card. Pick from
our many cuts. This offer is not valid with any other offers. We also sell Primal Cuts on request.
